We have all seen the figures paraded in House and Senate hearings, newspapers, online media, and newer news sources such as Facebook, and X (Twitter). But however you choose to learn about what’s going on in America, one salient fact cannot be overlooked. America’s borders have evaporated. I’ve seen figures of 6, 8, 10, and even 11 million illegals crossing over into the United States.

My guess is that no one knows what the REAL figure is.

Biden continues to blame the chaos on Trump. Democrats blame Republicans. Liberals blame conservatives. Texas cities such as Del Rio and Eagle Pass are hardly habitable—overrun by illegals. And no, they are not persons with complex immigration issues as liberal Democrats would have us believe. They are persons who committed a felony by entering our country illegally.

President Trump shared the following during a recent trip to Eagle Pass in February 2024:

Half of all ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) arrests were criminal aliens charged with more than:

  • 33,000 assaults
  • 3,000 robberies
  • 6,900 burglaries
  • 7,500 weapons crimes
  • 4,300 sex crimes
  • 1,600 kidnappings
  • 1,700 homicides

Meanwhile, delusional Congresswoman AOC is on record stating that she wants ICE abolished. Might she change her mind if any of those thousands of robberies, assaults, or sex crimes were committed against her family and friends?

The recent horrific murder of a Georgia college student by a Venezuelan criminal illegal highlights the fact that the government has forsaken its primary duty—to protect America and its borders.

The inconvenient truth that many Democrats refuse to acknowledge is that ordinary Americans are seeing their lives shattered, their businesses ruined, their homes robbed, and their children assaulted, raped, and murdered.

And just so there is no misunderstanding, the Biden Administration refuses to deport illegal criminals, complete the border wall, or hire more border agents.

Meanwhile, New York Governor Kathy Hochul is ready to provide the state’s 170,000 illegals with government jobs, stating, “That’s the answer to the whole situation. Put them to work.” Her administration has eased requirements, including proficiency in English, a high school education, and a civil service exam. I have a different take. No, Governor, I disagree. The answer is to place them on buses headed for our southern border and take them to Mexico where they crossed illegally.

Both New York and California are providing illegals with monthly prepaid credits cards with up to $1,000 on them.

     Disingenuous Words

I used to like Nikki Haley when she was the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. She worked with President Trump to push for American interests and peace around the world. Today, I am very disappointed that Ms. Haley is spewing trash such as this:

Headline: Haley Unsure Trump Committed to Constitution

We can ALL say we are unsure of many things that sound downright despicable and then paint ourselves as a concerned person just voicing our fears. How about this:

    • If Haley becomes President, I sure hope she doesn’t round up and jail liberal college
    • I worry that Nikki Haley is so determined to win the election that she will collude with the mafia.
    • I sure hope Haley abides by the
    • I hear Haley is thinking about repealing our right to free

See how easy it is to paint nasty ideas with the cloak of concern? The media eats this stuff up. Just look at the headlines from CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, The Washington Post and The New York Times. Better have a vomit bag in reach. As my friend Lee tells me, simply observe the headlines and stories, but don’t internalize them as the truth.

    A Quiet Thought

I long for the day when a phone was a phone. Now it’s a movie studio, radio, tape recorder, camera, compass, little black book, dictation machine, Internet on ramp, email, alarm clock, notepad, calculator, pedometer, and more.

    Equal Justice under WHAT Law?

Chicago has decided that it needs MORE taxpayer money. This time, it is to help fund homeless services. Evidently, there will be a referendum to see if voters support an increase in the transfer tax on property sales—specifically a significant increase in the transfer tax rate for homes valued at over $1 million.

Chicago’s current tax rate is 0.75% on all property sales. The proposal increases that amount to 2% for properties over $1 million and 3% on properties over $1.5 million. For properties under

$1 million, the transfer tax actually drops to 0.6%. Undoubtedly, this proposal will be headlined as a lowering of real estate taxes for the average, hard-working Chicagoan. What they fail to mention is that transfer taxes will increase 2.6 to 4 times on more expensive homes. While property owners have partial influence over the prices of their homes, they cannot control the rate of inflation of pricing in specific neighborhoods.

If I were a Chicago homeowner who is thinking of selling my $2 million home next year, I would be pretty pissed off right now. And I don’t care to hear the siren song; we’re only asking the rich to pay their fair share.

Hey MSNBC! Fire This Piece of White Trash

Ron White was famous for saying that he had the right to remain silent but not the ability. I now know how this fella must have felt. There is a journalist named Joe Scarborough who hangs his hat on a show called Morning Joe on MSNBC. If you were to look up unadulterated trash in the dictionary, you would find this guy with a shit-eatin’ grin. Yes, I have strong opinions and write about them. In my opinion, this piece of journalistic garbage should be thrown to the curb.

My guess is that he was voted most likely to spray-paint the teacher’s dog in high school. He comes off as a self-righteous liberal Democrat who is right in all things. Trouble is, this delusional show host is an asshat.

This man is the antithesis of high-quality journalism. He sprouts leftist ideology, and then other guests chime in to say how bright he is and how right he is, and then they offer glowing accolades to his brilliance. He seeks to belittle members of Congress he doesn’t agree with. I find him to be a vile human being. Were I in high school with him on the lower east side of New York, I would have taken him behind the schoolyard and beaten the snot out of him.

In America, we are all free to believe as we wish. I can believe the moon is made of green cheese, I can believe that Elvis served me a cheeseburger at Wendy’s or that Joe Scarborough is a blithering idiot. No harm, no foul. It’s simply my opinion. You are free to draw your own conclusions.

Recently, he referred to the Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) as Mikey and Little Mike. He sprouted all sorts of derogatory language about the Speaker’s faith and how he is President Trump’s lap dog.

Speaker Johnson has two decades of previous experience in Constitutional law, having previously served on the House Judiciary Committee and as Chairman of its Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government. Scarborough is not capable of showing respect for a Christian father and attorney who is attempting to reverse the disastrous decisions of the Biden Administration at our southern border. This is beyond mind-numbing. His show should come with a disclaimer that reads as follows: Poisonous Content: Watch at Your Own Risk.
